In 2 Timothy 3:14-17, the Apostle Paul explained the importance of hearing the Word of God as he reminded Timothy of his upbringing and encouraged him to fulfill his calling as the pastor of the Ephesian church, “But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.”

As we see our culture increasingly become what the Apostle Paul described in Philippi as a crooked and twisted generation, we are committed to providing sound teaching, rooted in God’s Word, and in harmony with the Westminster Standards. As the children of God, we desperately need to be consistently fed through His Word, and we need to continue growing in our understanding of the application of its truths in our daily walk so that we might be complete and equipped for every good work.
